I am a certified intuitive life coach guided by radical empathy and a deep commitment to helping others challenge the narratives that hold them back. From a young age, people have naturally gravitated toward me, drawn to my ability to listen deeply and offer genuine support. I believe that true transformation begins when we confront and dismantle the stories that tell us we’re not enough, that our dreams are out of reach, or that we must fit into someone else’s mold. At the heart of my coaching philosophy is the belief that everyone already possesses all the answers within them; my role is to help you uncover and access those answers.
Before stepping into the world of coaching, I built a career in community development and real estate. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, graduating magna cum laude from Lesley University, and an associate degree in Business Administration with high honors from Bunker Hill Community College. These accomplishments fueled my work within state government and various community organizations, where I supported initiatives to fund and develop affordable housing, educated and counseled first-time homebuyers, and helped families secure and retain affordable housing. As a realtor, I also assisted families in achieving the dream of homeownership.
Despite these achievements, I felt a calling to do more—to connect with others on a deeper, more personal level. This realization sparked a journey of self-discovery, where I had to embrace the power of being a beginner again. Overcoming the fear of stepping away from a familiar path required courage and a willingness to rewrite my own story. I knew that to truly align with my passion and live authentically, I had to take that leap.
I followed my heart and enrolled in the Intuitive Life Coaching Academy, graduating with a newfound sense of purpose. This marked the beginning of a new chapter, allowing me to channel my passion for helping others into a more personal and impactful form of service. After completing my training, I pursued and achieved my ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation, solidifying my commitment to this path.
Originally from the Dominican Republic and raised in the North Shore of Massachusetts, I bring a rich, multicultural perspective to my coaching practice. I understand the power of community, resilience, and the importance of embracing your true self, regardless of external pressures.
One of the most meaningful aspects of my work is witnessing my clients break free from the stories that have held them captive. I’ve seen people who once felt powerless begin to believe in their own strength, take courageous actions, and build lives that truly reflect their desires and potential. Being part of that transformation is a profound honor that continuously inspires me.
Outside of coaching, I find joy in life’s simple, beautiful moments—whether enjoying a good meal with loved ones, hiking in nature, getting lost in a book, writing, traveling, or watching home design shows with my life partner. These experiences ground me and remind me of the importance of living authentically.
As your life coach, I’m here to support you in challenging the narratives that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll uncover the truth of who you are, explore what truly matters to you, and create a life that reflects your deepest values and limitless potential. I believe in your ability to break free from whatever is holding you back and to live a life that is not only fulfilling but also true to who you are.
Abrazos,
Jaselia Gratini
